01. Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee our plants are true to name and viable when you receive them. There are too many factors beyond our control to guarantee that they will survive at your place or that they will survive the winter. Despite many years of practice, we lose plants over the winter regularly.
02. What are your hours?
Our hours vary based on the season, but will always be listed on the SHOP page and CONTACT US page.
03. DO YOU OFFER A REPOTTING SERVICE?
Yes, we offer in-store repotting for a small additional fee. We are happy to repot plants when purchased; we can also repot plants or pots you may wish to bring from home, however, advance notice is appreciated in such cases.
